What is The Farmers Mailbox?
The Farmers Maibox is a family owned company by Sandra and Jay Canning.
We have been operating The Farmers Mailbox for over 13 years now, supplying farmers with a large range of gear throughout Australia.
We have many clients around the country, from Marble Bar in the North West, to Hobart in the South, and From Cairns in Qld, to Port Lincoln in S.A.
Guarantee: Our guarantee is really simple. We want you to be happy with what you have ordered. If you are not completely happy with the products for any reason, we will be happy to either replace the item, or refund your money. No hassle.
All we ask is that the goods are unused, and in 'resaleable' new condition.
We cannot accept returns for custom made or printed products.
There are some "sale" items that we will not accept returns on, but this will be noted with the items at the time of the sale and custom made items such as printed tags, earmarks, brands etc.
Minimum Orders Generally, we try not to have minimum orders. And, unless otherwise noted in the catalogue, we don't have any.
But, the tag manufacturers do have them, and as such, we do have minimum tag orders as noted in the tag section.
Give us a call if you are unsure if there is a minimum quantity on the goods you want to order.
Note: we do have a minimum pack and post charge.
Privacy Policy We'll never misuse the information you provide us.... When obtaining information from you, we adhere to a simple, common-sense principle: we only ask for the information we need to give you what you've asked for. We do not "sell" or "trade" any information with other companies. When you give us details of your email, address, phone, etc., it remains on our site for use only by us to contact you. And, we may email you from time to time - but it'll be worthy or we won't bother you. If you receive an email and don't want anymore, just let us know by email to info@fmb.com.au and you won't hear from us again.
We do not store any of your information such as your details, address or credit card details on our web site!
Selling Policy We accept the major credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. Or, you can pay by cheque or money order, or you can make a payment direct into our bank account before despatch of goods. If goods are sent direct from our distributors or manufacturers, then we will post you a receipt and invoice from our office, otherwise the invoice and receipt will be sent with the goods.
We don't send goods C.O.D.
How Do We Get The Goods To You? We ship most goods via Australia Post. Our agreement with Australia Post allows us to ship most dangerous goods. Unfortunately there are some postcodes we cannot ship dangerous goods into as the only mail service in these areas is by air mail. If you live in one of these areas, you will already know it. Dangerous goods travel only by Australia Posts road service, and these items can take a few extra days to be delivered. Otherwise Australia Post generally offer a great service.
Our Personal Philosophy It's really simple, we treat you the way we like to be treated. This has never let us or our clients down.
A real Important Note The information presented in our newsletter has been constructed from our years in selling farm goods. Our express intention is to help you narrow your search, not to prescribe a fitness for any particular use. The buyer relies entirely on his own skill or judgement in purchasing any product and in deciding that it may be suitable for the stated purposes. For less experienced farmers, we suggest obtaining professional guidance in the selection and use of equipment and the training in the correct procedures of it's use.

Return Policy All standard items except livestock tags or products that are made or bought in to order, are returnable for refund within 30 days of purchase provided they have not been damaged by use or abuse.
Please call us before returning any item.
Custom manufactured, Items with Logos, Specials, Close-Outs, or Cut-To-Size items are not returnable (e.g.earmarks).
