This skip tooth blade is great for fluffy type coats such as Poodles and Bichons.
It does not comb the hair flat to the body as much as the full tooth blade.
Great for natural look on most terrier coats followed by some carding.

This blade is good for drop coat breeds such as Cockers, Maltese and dogs with soft hair.
It combs the coat down as you clip, leaving a smooth finish.
Carding may follow to assist in achieving a smooth finish.

This skip tooth blade is great for fluffy type coats such as Poodles and Bichons.
It does not comb the hair flat to the body as much as the full tooth blade.

A short, smooth finish can be achieved with this blade.
It is effective for finishing the coat after trimming with a size 5 skip tooth blade.
This blade can leave a nice finish on most sporting breeds as well as long-legged Terriers.
It is most often used for finishing a short lamb trim.

Leaves Hair – 1/8 inch (3.2mm)
This is the shortest of the skip tooth blades.
Used for very matted dogs that other blades can not penetrate.
Since the blade features a flat face and wider spacing between the teeth it can penetrate the skin, please pull skin tight to avoid this.

Leaves Hair 1/8 inch (3.2mm)
This blade is often used to shave down very matted dogs and cats.
It also gives a short clean finish, if desired, on some Spaniels, Setters and Terrier breeds.

Leaves Hair - 7/64 inch (2.8mm)
This blade is a good choice when a 10 blade cuts too close for sensitive skin.
Since the blade features a flat face and wider spacing between the teeth it can penetrate the skin, please pull skin tight to avoid this.
Can be used for close clipper work on Poodles, Spaniels, Setters and Terriers.

With significantly wider cutting edge than the regular size 10, this blade is used to shave-down matted dogs.
The additional width is especially advantageous when clipping-down large matted breeds.

The blade has wider spaces between the teeth and is used for very matted dogs.
Remember to keep skin pulled tight to stop from cutting and tracking.
The wider teeth on this blade allow for a quicker clip-down time.
