Hoof Grinder Cutting Disk

Designed initially for cattle this trimming disc would also be useful in farriers work or other hoof work.

This hoof trimming disk is developed for the hoof care in cattle. Fits any standard 10cm (4½ inch) electric grinder.
It s composed of tungsten cips, coated with a Teflon -PTFE surface for long life.
As well, it features three air holes for cooler running.
This designed for cattle disk ensures fast and easy removal of the hardest horn without the problem of heat and dust build up.
The disk also features Vibrastop rubber mounting, eliminating almost all the vibration on the disk.
These are long lasting disks.
A professional hoof trimmer has told us that he expects to get around 300 dairy cows (thats 1200 hooves) out of each disk, although you would expect to get less if you are trimming cattle running on dry, hard country.
The disk comes with operating and safety instructions.
Disk diameter is 115mm, with a 22mm hole in the middle and all up the disk is around 12 mm thick.
