All of the prices on this web site include GST!

The Farmers Mailbox accepts these major Credit Cards:

Cheque: If you select to pay by cheque, we post the products out to you as soon as we recieve the cheque and it is cleared by our bank.


Direct Deposit of Funds: If you select to pay by this method, we post the products after we receive the funds into our bank. Please use your last name as a reference when paying by this method.

Overseas Orders Only - Sorry we are not currently shipping overseas.
If you are outside of Australia, email us at sales@fmb.com.au with your requirements, and we will email you back with a cost of freight for your order. For orders outside of Australia, we only accept Visa or Mastercard, or direct payment into our bank account.

When are We Open?
Visit us at our warehouse in Whittlesea Victoria between 9am and 4:30pm weekdays. sorry we do not normally open on Weekends.

Call us anytime between 9am and 5pm weekdays (Eastern Standard Time). If you happen to get our message bank (just a fancy name for an answering machine) don't panic, leave your name, phone number and a short message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

* A small number of heavy or bulky products such as portable milking machines, scales etc, attract addional postage/freight.
This will be noted with the item.
There is no minimum order value for orders being sent to an Australian address

Return Policy:
All standard items except livestock tags or products that are made or bought in to order, are returnable for refund within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been damaged by use or abuse.
Please call us before returning any item. Custom manufactured, Items with Logos, Specials, Close-Outs, or Cut-To-Size items are not returnable (e.g.earmarks). 

Warranty on Materials:
We stand behind all products we sell. While we endeavor to inspect all products before shipping, there is always the very remote possibility of a defect in the product that may not show up until you are using it on the farm. Defective materials will be replaced and will be shipped to you at no cost upon receipt of defective material.
