When are We Open?
Basically when we are not in bed! Our office is open most times, but if we are not in the office, we re-direct the phone to home or to our mobile. Call us anytime between 7am and 8pm, 7 days a week (Eastern Standard Time). If you happen to get our message bank (just a fancy name for an answering machine) don't panic, leave your name, phone number and a short message and we will call you back as soon as possible. We try to be available most times, but to be able to offer these long business hours, we sometimes need to switch to the message bank for short periods.

For orders placed within Australia and for delivery within Australia

Order Value up to $99.99            Pack and Post $9.95*
Order Value $100 and above      Pack and Post $11.95*
* A small number of heavy or bulky products such as portable milking machines, scales etc, attract addional postage/freight.
This will be noted with the item.
There is no minimum order value for orders being sent to an Australian address

Return Policy:
All standard items except livestock tags or products that are made or bought in to order, are returnable for refund within 30 days of purchase provided they have not been damaged by use or abuse.
Please call us before returning any item. Custom manufactured, Items with Logos, Specials, Close-Outs, or Cut-To-Size items are not returnable (e.g.earmarks). 

Warranty on Materials:
We stand behind all products we sell. While we endeavor to inspect all products before shipping, there is always the very remote possibility of a defect in the product that may not show up until you are using it on the farm. Defective materials will be replaced and will be shipped to you at no cost upon receipt of defective material.

Minimum Orders:
Generally, we don't have minimum orders. But, some manufacturers have them, for example livestock tags. If there is a minimum order on a product, it will be noted on that products page. Don't hesitate to call us on 1800 81 66 99 if you have any questions about minimum orders.

Overseas Orders Only
The Farmers Mailbox does not currently accept orders from outside of Australia.
