When are We Open?
Visit us at our warehouse in Whittlesea Victoria between 8:30am and 5:00pm weekdays. Or from 8:30am to 12:00pm on Saturday. We are not open on Sunday.
Call us anytime between 9:30am and 4:30pm weekdays (Eastern Standard Time). If you happen to get our message bank (just a fancy name for an answering machine) don't panic, leave your name, phone number and a short message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Postage Costs & Shipping:
For orders placed within Australia and for delivery within Australia.
All Orders Within Australia - Pack and Post $14.95*
* A small number of heavy or bulky products such as livestock scales etc, attract additional postage/freight.
This will be noted with the item.
There is no minimum order value for orders being sent to an Australian address but we do have a minimum pack and post charge of $14.95.
International Postage: International Shipping will be charged upon receiving order. Our customer service team will contact you (Via Email) to quote on the delivery charge associated with your order. If you do not want to proceed with your order after a quote is given you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Contact us for any questions. While The Farmers Mailbox will use all reasonable means to get each shipment to our international customers, there is strictly no refunds on International Orders that do not reach their destination.
Free Shipping Promo: (when active) Orders must be over $250.00 and weigh under 20kg.
All standard items except livestock tags or products that are made or bought in to order, are returnable for refund within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been damaged by use or abuse.
Please call us before returning any item. Custom manufactured, Items with Logos, Specials, Close-Outs, or Cut-To-Size items are not returnable (e.g.earmarks).
Returns may incur up to 20% re-stocking fee.
Warranty on Materials:
We stand behind all products we sell. While we endeavor to inspect all products before shipping, there is always the very remote possibility of a defect in the product that may not show up until you are using it on the farm. Defective materials will be replaced and will be shipped to you at no cost upon receipt of defective material.
