The handle also requires up to 30% less effort. The replaceable blades are specially hardened for long life and are coated with Xylan to increase hygiene and prevent rust. The handles are aluminium alloy for lightweight, but giving maximum strength. The handles are also shaped to fit the hand and angled for direct access to the cut.
