The Green Mountain high limb chain saw is a hand operated chain saw for cutting tree branches.
Patented 48 inch chain blade which features bimatic carbon steel cutters, engineered for hand use and maximum cutting efficiency as the blade is drawn back and forth
Lightweight, but extremely strong, 25ft polypropylene ropes are attached to each end of the blade and a sandbag throwing weight is attached to one rope end Flip tab on one end of chain ensures blade faces down
Longer ropes can be attached
Works on virtually any timber Easily cuts through 125mm diameter branches, but can cut thicker branches with extra effort - best to have 2 people using for branches greater than 150mm diameter
Can also be used to easily cut through tree roots
Chain saw blade can be sharpened with any conventional chain saw sharpener
